Bookings are made through our Square booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Our cancellation and no-show terms are set out in our House Policies & Standards, which form part of these terms.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won’t affect bookings already confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Square.
Memberships are billed automatically each billing period until cancelled. Membership terms, including session use and cancellation, are set out in our House Policies & Standards.
Ash & Sage gift cards are available digitally through Square and as physical cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
